Have been going here for over 14 years and am happy with everything except how hard it is to talk to one of the service personnel at the dealership - get rid of the automated system / call center setup.

I like that I was informed on what needed aimmediate fix and I had a choice to fix it or wait. Some other service station would fix it and then charge for it.i like that I got to know how much it was before fixing it.

It was good except I needed windshield washer fluid that doesn't freeze and they were unable to meet this need though I requested it.

Finance person BM is kind of condescending. If it wasn't for Mr. Lopretto, I probably would not have purchased the car. The lady whoni assume was the branch manager was nice and a business professional.

I truly enjoyed shopping for our hybrid forester here! The sales associate Quin was knowledgeable, honest, and kind. Overall everyone we encountered was great and not pushy. We actually left the dealership to see if we would like a hybrid RAV4 better and came back, not only because we liked the forester better but also because Quin was awesome. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Subaru!

We were there to get a tire rotation and oil change, but there was a leak on the transmission pan around the gasket. We were there 6 1/2 hours which should have taken no longer than two hours maximum very disappointed in the long wait

AMBER JONES!! She is the only reason I bring my car here for service. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. She keeps me informed every step of the way and gets me in and out as quick as possible.
During tire rotation they cross threaded a lugnut and refused to fix it said basically it was my problem so they would rather lose a customer than to fix what they done .So I fixed it myself for under $10:00 and about an hours worth of time .After Manger just flat refused to help me so I told him I would not be back he said okay.So dealership just losses out on maintenance upkeep over $10:00

I brought in a used 2024 Subaru Outback recently purchased at another dealership for a Warranty Issue with the door molding. The service department corrected the issue and took the time to explain the repairs and.answer.other questions I had.on the 2024 model. I even received a complimentary vehicle inspection via video.
